How we start

The first question everyone asks. Four steps, from the people who carry the firm to the first agents doing real work, and your team keeps working through all of them.

The path.

The onboarding path Four stops on one line: key people and intake, workshop, we build your brain, first agents go live. The first stop is marked warm, because the path starts with the people whose judgment the brain is built from. 01 Key people and intake 02 Workshop 03 We build your brain 04 First agents go live

It starts with your people

  1. Key people and intake

We find the people the firm actually runs on, and the departments that hang off them. They give us an intake: what they do, which systems they touch, where the day goes and which questions keep coming back.

  2. Workshop

We go through the intake with you and show what we would build and how. You leave it with the priorities settled: which departments start, and which quick wins come first.

  3. We build your brain

We connect the core systems and the data sources that matter, and the brain starts organizing what flows in. The build runs on our side, so nothing stops while it happens.

  4. First agents go live

The first agents take over work that repeats. Your people drive them in walkthroughs and correct them where they are wrong, and every correction makes the next answer better.

From there it keeps going: more departments, more agents, and a brain that knows more about your firm every month.

What we need from you.

  1. One person who owns the project

Someone in the management who can decide which department starts and can say yes when a system needs to be connected.

  2. Time with the people who carry the knowledge

Not a committee. The handful of colleagues everyone else asks when they are stuck, for the intake and for the workshop.

  3. A look at the systems you already run

Whatever your firm works in today stays. The brain is built around your systems, not instead of them.

The first step is a conversation.

Bring one question your firm cannot answer today, and we will walk through what the start would look like in your firm.
